Petra is a Vancouver-based designer with more than 20 years of graphic design and art direction experience, working with clients in North America and Europe. Inspired by simplicity and functionality of Nordic design, Petra designs colourful, minimalist patterns. “I grew up in Finland, where I spent my childhood running around in polka dots and stripes – clothes made by my fashion-forward, feisty Karelian grandmother – igniting a deep passion for bold patterns and textiles. Surrounded by lakes and forests, my summer cabin in Eastern Finland is my creative, happy place that brings me endless source of inspiration and joy.”
